What I remember the surface is pretty good although concrete and fairly abrasive. It does get a bit rough at the top of the Abindon course, starting at the chicane but still not as bad as NW.

You'll be fine Trev, nothing to hit either :) iirc

Just back from collecting the car. Worse than expected with a broken gear and damaged bearing.

Well it's all over. Bloody hectic day with 8 runs and 2 courses. Weather was hot but competition was hotter :)

Well done everyone and I doubt there's too many disappointments where performance is concerned. Well done Kim for winning B3 with Logan second? Trev was enjoying some new found handling ability after his unpredictable off at Bentwaters and was running Tein up front with HKS bringing (or rather holding) up the rears. :D

DJ Graham was enjoying himself as was Russell. I managed to say hello to Richard, in class 8 with his nicely turned out green Impreza wagon. I just managed 3rd in class 8, beaten by a very quick Impreza RA and a Mk II Escort. Thought I had it in the bag as I was leading the class during first practice but suddenly the two leviathons awoke, and beat the crap out of me :( good day though.

Shame our illustrious leader didn't show but he failed to get a car sorted in time.

Good to meet up with everyone again :D

Sounds like a great day out and nice to hear that you got some competition for once Gerry ;)

That mk2 must have been bloody rapid to hand you your arse. I take it the guy could peddle a bit?
