Damn - didnt know they were going to do that in the afternoon. I would have stayed on a bit longer...

Well done.

Did they show the times from the day at all?

Was only winding you up as you said you had beat me the first time out by 3 seconds  + yes I am competitive, I can't deny it, was interested to see hopw close I could get to the Fancy specced Impreza.

No times were posted up in the afternoon but it was good fun practicing going sideways. Darren had a massive one down the bottom bend, full smoke billowing out from the Impreza 8) 8)

My Trampio  tyres took a bit of a pounding, so I was glad they called it a day at 2.30ish.

Really enjoyed the day. I can fully see why you guys enjoy sprinting so much. I will join you one of these days.

A really good morning - I had two runs before I succumbed to the sun. Jealous of you guys in your tin tops as I got thoroughly sunburnt driving back home to a very cold shower. Watched the BSB when we got home, with mixed results.

Good to see yet more of Duncan's car improvements & he looked to be doing some rapid laps round the circuit.

8) I was really rather impressed with that - thought I might have got told off for it but they seemed pretty cool. I think you must have upset them duncan with all your race car stickers   Nothing else was said, no one went out with helmets on but the pace never dropped, in fact I think it may have got a bit quicker :?
I managed a 1.90 60ft time which wasn't bad on pants tyres. Still glad I took my new alloys/tyres off though as the surface was very abrassive.

Thanks Trevor for sorting this out, not had so much fun for ages  . I will look into doing some sprints in the future but would like to practice some better driver technique before entering anything serious.
