I dont want to get into a slanging match about cost per competitive mile - they are completely different types of events but the cost for the TA series are pretty much the same as your 15 event sprint year.

Surely there must be some positive things that you can say to convince others to join in without slagging them off ?
I didnt slag anyone off. If people want to sprint, they usually come and find us. Most people seem a little fearful of the costs and the clock until they have a go.

They are not completely different types of event, they are both speed events. Racing and Drifting are different, sprinting and TA are similar.

If the costs are the same for 4 weekends as they are for 15, I'll do the 15. What everyone else does is entirely up to them and I'd wish anyone involved in any branch of motorsport the very best of luck.

Have not raced a car yet, but would venture that close proximity with other BIKES might be even more fun ... except when it goes horribly wrong of course :-D

I dunno, leave you lot unattended for a day and you're at each other's throats.

You could send him a completed 2007 membership form from the JISC website and just cross out the '7' and write '8' :D

It's still 15 quid and it's unlikely you'll be rejected. You could always do it in person on Saturday night. :o

Ive been trying to join HCC for a while now, my cheques get returned - nobody seems to know how to join.

That guy literally lives 4 doors down for me. What are the chances!

Your cheques shouldnt be returned of they are going to the Norn Hill address as on the form on clubracer.co.uk

Most people just joined on the day at round 1, which you can do at round 2.

Go knock on his door and ask him. :D

Or, if Andy, ESL is doing Bentwaters and you enter as well, he can sign you up on the day.
