Yes, spectators are fine

Passengers are allowed subject to paperwork, crash hat etc

cheers stuart, so if i have a passenger he/she will need a helmet and what paper work? driving licence?

He/ she, hopefully you'll be able to tell which :D will need a lid, long sleeved top and they will have to sign a disclaimer before they can go on circuit. One passenger is normally OK per driver, more than that and there will probably be a fee (don't know how much before you ask)
