hello

My name is brian i live in haughley and next door to Rex (the skyline)...
I have got a westfield se 1600 in starndard form at the moment..
did a track day at RAF cotashall and got the bug.. ...need more power but the brakes work fine.

I have been playing with minis for 10+ years but have moved on to more quicker cars (hence the westy)
still got two of them 1 a mk1 and the over is a 1293 semirace but with crank problems..

i will try to get picks on line as soon as i find out how to do them..

all the best brian

Hi Brian

Nice to have something new, brand wise, on the site. As the others have said the Westfield sounds like it could be fun, do you have any pictures and spec that you can share?

As for the Mini, we have a couple of very experienced guys on here already, so you should get on with Miniwilliams (owner of a 240+bhp A series) and Dynamix who used to tune, terrorise Minis of old.

Welcome on board

thanks for the replys.
i will try to do some pick asp
and 240+bhp in a mini sounds like fun (last time i saw the miniwilliams it had 206bhp).

the westy has only about 90bhp but has a weight of half a ton (overtaken a honda type R and a lotus on a track day) but i need to change gear box to 5 speed (dont use first and bottems out at 110mph)

Hello and welcome Dangerous.

Get yourself and the Westy to the meets mate. I know it might be a bit chilly but I'm sure you will be ok if you wrap up :D:D
