Hi to all.....

Post by mike-payne »

Hi, as the user name shows, I'm mike.
I drive classic 93MY scooby.

I've been doing a few track days, got a another couple booked for this year, and want to get in as many as possible next year!

Cars had a few mods to help with track events and i have a circuit training day with Andy Walsh next week, so hopefully this will help me get the most out of the car!

Welcome on board Mike

Andy Walsh's days come highly recommended and the value for money is obviously pretty good. As a forum we try to do as many days on circuit as possible and will be very active next year, so there should loads of dates you can join us on.

Get the spec and pictures up when you can :thumb:

Zak @Mocom racing recomended i logged on here, knowing my love for track days!

The car has recently undergone some major open heart surgery.
She now had a V5 STI engine, with JE forged pistons, a new STI crank shaft, STI V5 port and polished heads and the V5 STI turbo, oil cooler to help on track as well....
But to enbale the power to be handled, the gearbox and rear diff have been replaced with a V7 STI 6 speed...
I already have the Tein full flex suspension and i also have the very noisy Compbrake 4 pot brakes....

So all in all, not much left original.

Check this out, to see me on track at Snetterton recently [/url]http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a174/ ... 2025-9-06/
