I have been a fairly silent member on here for a while just pop in and have a look from time to time I should look more often really.....

Some of you will remember me from my RX7 ownership days Gareth and Ben especially Anyway thought I would just say another hello and update my current car details.
Toyota Soarer TT
Manual R154 Conversion.
BC Coilovers
Kei Evo 18" wheels
Uprated Cusco front ARB
K-Sport 8pot calipers and 330mm discs Ferodo pads Front
Standard rear discs with Redstuff pads.
Braided lines 5.1 Fluid.
FMIC
BOV
Cat back powerflow exhaust.
Front strutbrace
Half bucket seats with 3 point harnesses for trackdays.

I have to say at Snetterton 300 a few weeks ago I was really pleased with the performance and handling for a big car it goes really well and was on a par with M3's etc.
Still running standard boost so will be looking to up that soon.

Might come along to the Dyno day and get some baseline power figures so I know where to start from.

Hi John, nice to see you on here mate.

The car looks really good now and those wheels really suit it. Nice to see something different also.

Although it'll never be as nice as your RX7, even with that Veilside bumper........ ;)

Hi Stuart,

Yeah both cats still in place at the moment standard boost is .7bar I think but am planning to up to 1.0baror 1.1 for real track fun.....
Currently I guess the car is approx 280 - 300 bhp with the upgrades hope to get about 340bhp which is plenty for this as it's a lively drive anyway....
Because of the quirky dashboard etc with the Soarer I need to get some additional accurate gauges fitted including boost gauge, water temp, oil temp, I have most of the bits i need but have been concentrating on the chassis and handling first......no point having power without control....
