Good Evening!

My name is Chris aka Hoodedreeper i'm 21 from Norwich,Norfolk. Head about the site from Fast Eddy so thought i'd pop over and say hey :)

I currently drive a Nissan Micra K11 which has had a fair bit done to it. Some of it from Eddy himself :)

I'm hoping to do a novice Track Day at Snetterton at some point this year so will be interesting to see what the 'ol gal can do :)

Welcome to the forum Chris; there are plenty of great events scheduled @ Snett this year, and the new 100 layout will suit smaller cars with the emphasis on handling.

Let us know how you get on.

Thanks Stuart :) I'm glad they've made a smaller track cos i dont think the poor Micra would handle the bigger track :( Plus my top end isnt the greatest (set up for handling and acceleration)

Until payday when i can get full membership, heres a couple of sneaky pics of the Motor:

Membership is free of charge Chris (See the relevant thread in 'This and that')
In terms of club events, we have always been more concerned about having the right people on here and involved as opposed to cock-smokers with a 500hp car.

The thing that has made this club a little bit different over the years, is that our common DNA is a passion for fast cars and driving these things hard. Our events have historically defined us but financial tough times have cut them down a bit. I am sure that we'll get a few organised through the summer months so keep an eye on the calendar for the meets, drift days, sprints, 1/4 mile trips, Berg Cup trips and so on :)

Ooooooooooo
Just seen your photos! Please, please put a brace between the rear struts and run your harnesses off of that. The way they are set up at the moment may cause you all sorts of serious issues in a crash. If you need more details let me know or do a search. I am not saying it to spoil your fun, to take the piss or to cost you more money. I would just hate to see that, say nothing and then hear that you've broken your neck in a car crash.

Not sure about the bad boy bonnet but I really like the rest of it. I'm sure there is a turbocharged one of these run by one of the guys on the Skyline forum?

I'm in need of a strut brace as thats the only left to do on the suspension (except some D2 coil overs...hm...maybe one day!)

I've spoken to Eddy about a rear strut brace but its all down to funds :(
