hi there all, im new to the site but not to the world of cars and motorsport, i've grown up with petrol in my blood, my old man has been in motor racing for 45 years and has worked with some of the best, including senna back in the lotus days, so naturaly i followed in his foot steps and left school at 15 to start working for van diemen building single seaters, from there i went all over the world working for many teams in many formulas, started as a mechanic and worked my way up to engineer, im looking forward to getting my car built and coming along and meeting everyone, sounds like you have a great time when you meet, thats enough from me for now and i will post pics as i build the car. chris

Hi Chris, welcome to BP. I'm sure you'll enjoy the club
Who are you working for at the moment? Just interested as I work in motorsport as well, and seeing as its such a incestous industry our paths may have crossed!

What the fuck are you on about?
Welcome on board Chris. Don't worry about your car mate. It looks perfectly good and I couldn't give a monkeys what you drive, more interested in the man tapping the keys and pedalling the car :thumb:

Mmmmm taking your time joining up mate, nice to see you here though.
You info and help has been very helpful in the past and I'm sure your welding skills may come in handy with a certian rust bucket I'm restoring. :-D
