My names Pete and I live close to Colchester/Ipswich. Im currently in the process of building a XR2 track/road car although Im still a few months off finishing it yet.

mk1 xr2 or mk2? my 1st modded car was a mk2 love it to bits i was only 20 when i got it, and got it sprayed imperial blue.

Well this was it when I first bought it for an obscene amount of money. Sadly it only lasted 5 miles before it decided to melt a piston where the inlet manifold hadn't been done up properly

Hopefully it will be on the road for the 1st April after been completly rebuilt.

ideal for track days, real good fun, I too had an MK2 XR2 for a short while, fun little car :-D
