Hello

My names Graham, I live on the Suffolk / Norfolk border in Beccles.

Been meaning to check out this site for a while after seeing it on the plate of a Civic type R belonging to James on here.

This is my Bora 1.8T, not quite in the same legue as some of the other BP cars on here at only 230brake, but an improvement on the standard 150 :?

Its not had alot of mods, just a few cosmetics, FK coilovers, 18" RS6 reps, APR chip and a turbo back Miltec exhaust.

I've had from new and its now done 75K, so I'm now waiting for the turbo to give up before putting something bigger on it.

And the BHP graph that I see is required whenever figures are mentioned.

I also have a Mk1 Golf cabrio which I am currently doing a ground up rebuild.

This will also have a 1.8T in it, which will, for now run an OEM ECU. Not sure which turbo to put on it yet, have been thinking about a T3.
I'm have finished the bodywork and sprayed it myself (so it aint no concours car), I'm now in the process of fitting a full Corrado interior, electric front recaros and rear seats, dash and centre consul.
It currently has Corrado G60 280mm fornt brakes but I'm hoping to fit 312mm Audi TT front discs with AP 4 pots up front to go with the rear disc conversion. It has coilovers and Mk2 golf front hubs that required the wishbones to be extended so the front stance is now 50 wider than standard, I may now do the rear to match.

When its finished it will be interesting how well it goes round the track, just to see how bad I got it.

Hope to see some of you at meets.

lol, you know what as soon as i saw your car i knew it was you, don't see that many Bora's in Black and i vaguely remember you starting to mod it back then, that coupled with i remember you leaving to come up to this area!!!

yeah im not doing too bad thanks, i moved up here shortly after you, me and the wife (now soon to be Ex) split up i moved out and decided i wanted to live up here and get away from Essex, met a girl up here and lived here ever since

i knew mikes name would jog your memory, was unsure if you would remember my Punto or me actually, so do you still keep in touch with greg or mike?
