Wow, it's kind of difficult to comment on competitors prices etc, but we do hear these tales being expressed here quite often. 
We were one of the first 2 Impreza specialists in the country, established back in 1999, the other being Scooby sport who went bust years ago.
We've seen others launch and follow since then, and we're still here, still expanding, still not the most expensive either.
There are a million and one "box shifters" out there, working out of their bedrooms, (we never did that from day one), all of varying levels of familiarity of the kit in the boxes they are shifting and how they actually fit/work in real life.
As for pricing, we do exactly as we say. If there's a possibility that the price may vary for any reason, we'll make people aware of that before we start, (you don't always know what you're going to find on a repair or diagnostic job for example).
