I will be having my first rolling road session on sunday along with 12 other skylines and a 300zx. What can I expect? Any advice for a first timer?

make sure you have enough oil in the engine
likewise for coolant.
if you have any oil leaks, fix them :)

otherwise, ensure your car is in good mechanical fitness.

its no more harmful to your car than a good M-way 4th gear footdown blast, so dont be scared on that front. although it is a little nerve wracking watching your car have the spuds cained off it 2' from you :)

edit:
make sure your tyres are inflated and dont have a slow puncture, like the ones i borrowed at zero hour last weekend!

Where is that session with all the skylines?

Try this if you're registered on SOF

Good luck - Don't scream like a girl to stop .... like I did the first time mine was on the rollers.

40 psi in the tyres will help as will making sure that the turbo and exhaust are glowing before you go on the rollers so that it boosts better :)

The first time you hear a car on the rollers its scary :-D its like its in pain.

Talking to Gary@APT at out SXOC shootout last weekend, Dyno-dynamics have some standards now so that where-ever you run your car on a dyno-dynamics RR you should get the same results:

50psi in the tyres :o :o
and 3rd gear runs IIRC.

Get the dyno sheet up!! No bhp claims without a sheet :) (Well done by the way)
