Speed Camera Test Kills Motorist
Terrible news, however without the full details it's so hard to comment. I remember a similar accident in cambridge when I lived there - three police cars were practising pursuit driving - came round a bend and hit a queue of traffic waiting to go through roadworks killing a nurse.
