Today a friend - Gem had her much loved Scooby stolen from South mimms
services. She was actually car jacked by too guys who got her out of the car and
drove it off.

She has lost everything in the car. Her bag, phone, keys etc (and all the usual
stuff us girls carry about in our motors) The cheeky scum have even been using
her phone to call her boyfriend to tell them how fast her car goes

For pic's of the car, look at the following link
http://www.japgirls.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=352

Keep ya eyes peeled and if you see it about PM me and call the police.

All i can say is from the sounds of it, apart from being extremely pished off
(with good reason) i think shes ok, luckily i think she come out of it
unscathed.

You may not be anywhere near the area it was stolen from but you never know
where they will end up!

I really hate reading shit like this. What sort of society do we live in.....

I hope she gets it back, but at least she is ok if not a little shaken.

B**tards - wonder if it was opportunist or if she'd been followed - surely south mimms would be able to provide cctv.

Anyway if they catch them they'll only get to swim with dolphins or a trip to florida to help chase away their car jacking aflictions.

I think shock has set in today - she keeps thinking about the " What If's"

still no news today about it - irony of it is - her new husband is a policeman - I hope he catches them

harsh, but youve got to laugh at the sheer amount of balls displayed there!

was it 'jacked from the forecourt ? if so i would expect there to be CCTV as someone above mentioned

if not then it's a lesson to us all to lock our cars when we're in them

also an unfortunate advert for anti-hijack car alarms

still sounds like as polite a thief as you can imagine ? asking if she wanted it back after they knackered it ?

anyway glad to hear she's physically ok

:)
