Track day insurance

Post by mutleysfriend »

Do you guys bother with insurance for track days or just take the risk?
If you do insure which brokers do you use and how much does it generally cost?
TIA

Have a peek at the Membership deals section - BigPower have deals with both Kieth Michael and Greenlight, both of which will give track day cover if you insure through them.

Personally I havent bothered in the past as it is too expensive as a stand alone thing but these two insurers will do it for

Luckily I am covered on my policy through the RS Owners Club for all RSOC organised track days. The others I am not covered for so take a chance which is a bit irresponsible really.

I dont bother, seemed to much for what the car has been worth.
However if the cars worth more then it becomes better value.
