Tim did two 8 second runs, his best a 8.80 at 164mph. So that is an official record :thumb:

Some other times;
Dragon RX7 9.3
Andy Forrest Impreza 9.4
Paul Applin 10.6
Mark Moseley 10.3

Well done boys. Bloody superb.

How glad am I that I went today? :D :D :D :D

His first 8 sec run was good enough, but then his second was even better.........and clocked in the high-pressure, first across the line shootout final! :o :-D

160mph+ terminals as well. Looks like Mr. Webster might finally be getting on top of the Duke machine!

Plenty of other 9 second runs today as well, including a 9.2 from Andy Forrest, before blowing both head gaskets. The GT-art GTS was impressive, despite breaking at least 3 driveshafts during the day, and Andy Barnes in the Re:Worx RX7 kept having synchro probs on 2nd-3rd, eventually loosing pretty much all the gears.

They all really seemed to be going for it, and pleasingly they even carried on running amidst the RWYB peeps after going out of the shootout. We even got 3 runs from the jetcar :D

Great day 8) 8)

Was an awesome weekend. The whole weekend defies words.

Cheers Stu. Took loads as there was so many good looking cars there. I would have loved to have taken mine for a run but as the 3rd gear synchro is on it's way I didn't want to risk it and end up leaving my gearbox on the track. :?

Credit to all those who did tho as there was some incredible times. There was even a little Aerial Atom recording just over 11s

Looking forward to Wednesday 8)

Cheers Dave
