good advice mate, one thing sound silly but do you have to wear helmets when going round?

You certainly don't have to but no-one will be travelling in my car without one. It was explained to me that it wasn't just me and my driving, what about if I got hit a high speed?

Wind up LED torch - no batteries required :)

Hi-Vis Jacket (can double up as yellow flag if needed)
EHIC Card
Camera + Phone + Chargers
Passport

That's the essentials I think - not including clothes money etc etc...

but if you ring them up they will give you the membership number over the phones and thaat is all you need.
