So staggering down the road home to find the police outside my house ... notice my nextdoor neighbour looking less than pleased ..... not surprising really ...



Some drunken chav has come across the road from the pub opposite, and because he's had a little argument with a girl decides that a proton is better than no fight at all - rips up the wiper then kicks in the windscreen ... nice !!!!! ...

Luckily another drunken chav type - walks over and told the police exactly who did it - and mentioned that the same character hit him on the head with a hammer last week !! ...

How do you get a pub closed down - there are 5 pubs within stones throwing distance from mine - but only the elm tavern has a problem - almost every weekend a fight will spill out of the place with out fail ... I watched women kicking in women, little scrawny blokes heading butting 7 foot rugby players, the place is jus a liability ....

rant over ...

To add Lester, my neighbour - who's proton is kicked in - collects his Subaru Impreza WR1 today from colchester... so I've told him to join Scoobycity and here.

Trouble with closing a pub down is that they would just go somewhere else (prob to one of the other 4 pubs) and this time be a little angrier.

The other pubs round here actually make sure their customers behave ... also they don't get chavs .. quite simply they've banned baseball caps .. hey presto .. no trouble !! ..

I should have thought writing a letter to the Police and local MP with photographic evidence would have helped. That or set fire to the pub.

That's sh!tty mate. I had no idea your end of the street was so bad. Luckily the beardy types who frequent the Shed are a bit better behaved.

Any chance of being able to set up some CCTV for you and the neighbour's motor? Home systems (kind of webcam-based) aren't too expensive nowadays I think.

Yeh - this end is like Bierut ... both my skyline and the WR1 will be safe .. it's just the front facing side of the house that has the problems ..

I might just set up one of my assualt rifles with a nice night scope and sit on the roof though.
