Trusted MOT centres.

Post by Daniel »

Evening all. :) Just a quick question, does anyone have any trusted MOT centres they use? I need to book mine in very soon to have one but I've had enough of going to stations local to me that just treat cars with no regard whatsoever i.e. scratch up the body / greasy paw prints inside.

I know that there's the one next door to APT but I have no idea what they're called.

All opinions/recommendations welcomed.

Cheers!

Dan you could try AVR on the harwick narrows in kings lynn 01553 766646. You will get a straight up no bullshit test and both the M.O.T testers are bigpower members one of whom you will have met at many of the old autotests. ;)
And its your side of kings lynn too.

I've used A&M and AVR Dan, and found them both to be good but the guys at Kings Lynn (AVR) would get my vote for being flexible without being lenient. Top blokes

Had my MOT at AVR yesterday, needless to say I'll be booking my future ones there. A total contrast to the shitty, shoddy monkey mechanics in Thefthood. And the MOT was only £35! Everywhere here is £50. Also the car passed with only one advisory which was the front anti roll bar bushing that I knew about.

:cheers2: :auto: :coolgleamA: :hurray: :driving:
