Turbos

Ever since we decided that we needed to start budgeting for a new turbo I have been trying to get info on what turbo's and rough costs but no one wants to play :banghead:

Emailed 1 company explaining the car and our requirements and asking for advice on turbos and costs......No reply.

Tried contacting another company but on their contact form a required field that has to be filled in is 'Budget'. We don't have a budget, if I stick down a budget we'll probably end up with the wrong turbo for what we want

Garrett
Precision
Turbonetics
Etc.......

My head hurts :cuss:

Just pick up the phone. It's easy and you normally get an answer in minutes. Harvey Gibbs has to be worth a call. Top bloke I think.
I agree though it is annoying when people don't get back to you

Try contacting Turbo Technics, Geoff Kershaw is a turbo legend, and his Sierra is a little bit special. You will find that any decent engineering firms will generally answer a phone rather than an email. Engineers are not good with IT, will pick up a ringing phone though.

We've decided that we've taken the car as far as we can, with our knowledge and limited skills and that any changes now may just cause us more problems.
