Snetterton Truck Racing

Post by maff »

Had a brilliant day out at Snetterton on Monday watching the Trucks race, what an awesome sight they are, the whole room shook as the lights went green at the rolling start.

We decided to splash out on the VIP hospitality and I've got to say we were really well looked after and there was enough food to feed a small army. If they were to add a viewing platform on top of the pit garages I think it'd be about perfect :)

Last visit (British GT) I had notice the new barriers go up around bomb-hole and the start of Corum, which had screwed any photo taking opportunities, however there was more to the grand plan, and now the spectator area inside has been pushed out to just behind the barriers allowing you to get closer to the action :) They have also opened up the viewing area around Agostini to allow access onto the straight towards the bridge.

At this point I was going to post up some pic's but they aren't where I left them, so ill do that tonight.

Anyway the point was the weather was great, the racing was great and the tack and facilities just keep getting better, good for them. And great for us!
