Hi all, i need some help and sharpish

i've taken out my car insurance with sky insurers which is all good. However within 5 days i need a garage to write down on a headded piece of paper for me to send off that i do genuinely have a fully working Toad alarm and immobiliser installed in the Supra. Now i've tried all my local garages but none of them want to help (even Toyota and Nissan!) So would someone on here be able to help me with this please?
cheers

You need to have an autoelectrician have a look - give neil parfitt a call - he review and provide a certificate ...

Yes, it will have to be an approved alarm company.

Thanks for the link Ben, Sky did say to me that any garage can carry out the check for me. It's just a secondary conformation that i do have a genuine Toad functioning alarm, so it doesn't have to have a qualified alarm person/company to look at it

but thanks anyway mate, much appreciated.

Are you saw ? ... I believed you need to have a VSIEB form to prove the alarm is fitted to insurance rules. I had to get a review of my alarm and unfortunately during the review it was found to be a substandard fitment so I had a new alarm fitted to gain the VSIEB .. the system needs to be connected to your boot, bonnet aswell as the cabin

Thats what they said on the phone to me, just a 'normal garage' can do it as long as it's hand written on their headded paper that i do have the alarm that i stated

and yep my system has the doors, tailgate bonnet and cabin pressure sensors installed so it all should be okay.
