Nothing really surprising here, but I'm going through the painful process of checking out car insurance, and yet again, I'm gob smacked a how random prices are.

You forget they save on road tax and mot's too .. what's the point of being legit on anything as if you don't register the car, who can they 'do' for all the naughty things that they do ! ... ANPR and stuff only works if you've got the car registered !! .. they should crush the cars with the toerags in them - on a slighty different note, how on earth did that japspeed scooby get so far on the UK roads without being pulled .. no plates or visible tax ? ...

I use and will always use Keith Micheals .. my golf is on a classic policy with restricted mileage ...
