In fairness mate, these are so damned cheap you can't go too far wrong. Suspension is one of those killer areas where you really do get what you pay for.
How much are KYB dampers with progressive springs Lee? May be a similar price (but I doubt it)

When we had the Civic R it had h and r lowering springs on it and made the ride and handling terrible put standard spring on and was vastly improved!!
Don't know what it would have been like with coilovers though.

If you pay to get them fitted and then get the geo set up and they (and they probably will) turn out to be utter shit then I reckon you've got a lot to lose.
I'm sorry but they seem way too cheap. Not worth the risk imo.
PS
Before I get flamed for the above comment, I've fitted all manner of amazing cheap parts to peoples cars and my conclusion is that the parts are cheap for a reason.

For the price they should be made from paper, just noticed them while looking for some -30mm springs.
Will have a look at the ky's, you got anything left over from your R Rob?
Only aditional cost would be time.

You won't get flamed mate
I suppose the question I should have asked Lee was "What's the application?" Is it road and track, is it track only and what are your expectations?
I know of a few people who have bought super cheap coilovers for mk2's and you kind of know what you are getting. No ride comfort, no subtlety but adjustable ride height and a rock hard ride.
Would you bother with geometry work on a
