Fiat have been busy!!!

This should not work but from the reviews it does and does it well!!!!!

More power than the 1.2.
More torque than the 1.4, and at lower rpm.
Better fuel consumption than a 1.3 diesel around town.

It's a promising 900cc 2 cyl turbo! :)

Come on Mate Even you have to at least respect the jump in technology.
Nearly 100hp / 150ftlbs per litre from a standard manufacturer car.

I remember when that figure was magical.
Still cant get my head round the 2 cylinders firing at the same time.

I'm not sure if they do Jay, remember there's 4 strokes in the cycle- while one's on the 'power' stroke, the other is probably on the 'induction' stroke. ;)

Though what do I know, now I'm out of the loop! :rofl:

The lobes on the camshaft you can see look like they are 180 degrees out from one another so what D4nn8oy says sounds right.
