How fcuking downright lazy/Stuck up their own arses are some council workers getting? Surely any normal person would have booted the (dead) flea ridden vicious bastard into the gutter and continued painting? Personally I would have thought that with the onset of massive cut backs these work shy PC worshippers would at least make a case for their employment!

Typical of some that feel they are owed a job, should be sacked for being stupid in a public place..
