There have been tools similar to this out for a long time now for use with PPC PDA's running windows mobile (CE) and a bluetooth enabled wireless ELM321 OBDII device. There are a number of Performance logging apps for PDA's that work really well.
The only problem with older devices was that there was always a marked delay in the time it takes the OBD connector to transmit to the PDA. I'm happy to say todays Bluetooth devices are a lot quicker and transmit more data so this iPhone app should be pretty good. I have to say it looks very slick and i bet it runs really smooth.
Baring in mind it comes from innovate you would think there is a way to connect up your wideband to the OBD connector. Maybe there is but the website doesn't say so. That would be very useful.
Cheaper than a car PC or umpteen different gauges
