OH MY GAWD - what an incredible movie !!!! .. you must and I mean must go and see it in 3D .. it's will blow you away.

It is now the benchmark for movies ... the special effects are so incredible you don't see them - if that makes sense ... going to go and see it again this weekend!.

Yeah after The film we both agreed that you no longer see the stuff filmed with bluescreen backgrounds. The story is pretty average but the actual 3D effects are amazing !!

Definitely a key moment for the future of modern cinema !!!

I concur, went to see it last night in 3D with my brother, loved it. Was fantastic, one of those films you have to see at the cinema and probably the best one ever.

Watched this a few weeks ago and thought it was pretty good but nowhere near the hype. Great animation and CGI but the storyline was vacuous at best and lacking in originality to the point where I could predict who would do what, to whom and when!

I have no idea how much they spent on this (including marketing) but too much form over function I'm afraid.

They have this on in 3D at an IMAX theatre in Birmingham, it's the nearest one to me but still a way to go. I've been toying with the idea of going but not sure if it's really worth it.

If the storyline is that weak i don't think it matters how good the special effects are. Maybe i'll just wait till it comes out on DVD. :)
