Maff you are always in there first sir :smash:

Was then going to put that up! I beleive this is good news for F1. Good to hear Ross Brawn will still head the Mercedes GP team.

Mclaren still get free engines for the next 2 years and contracted to run Merc engines til 2015, and over the next 2 years Mclaren will be buying out the Mercedes stake.

2011 is starting to look fairly exciting.

"AUTOSPORT understands that Nico Rosberg will be one of Mercedes' drivers, while the company's motorsport chief Norbert Haug said on Sunday that discussions have taken place with former BMW Sauber driver Nick Heidfeld"

Hamilton and Button together! Will be interesting, i personally think this will show Buttons weakness as a driver and Hamilton will quickly become the teams no 1...

I was kind of hoping that the one person that would have some inside information, as he's worked for both Brawn and McLaren in the last year, would have chipped in with some details.............and all he posts is photos of his bloody Zed!! :)

Come on Logan. What's occurring?

haha....

Not much more to tell really, Brawn will become Merc GP after Crimbo. Button has put his head in the lions mouth in my opinion. I don't think it's a good move for him.

Regardless of whether it was the right move from a driving point of view ie blood is thicker than water and the son of Mclaren is always going to be the chosen one ,but from a PR angle it is going to be a licence to print money and lots of it from future sponsorship ,advertising deals etc .good business move imo
Mclaren just made a cash machine:sifone:
