Breakfast menu

i'm afraid the time has come where my bacon butty breakfast everyday has got to stop . It appears that the days when i could eat anything at any time and not put on an ounce are but a distant memory added to the fact that i am always striving to make the car lighter the need for me to shed a pound or two is upon me :nopity:

I cannot go without breakfast and was wondering what other people had ,
i don't want to be eating what looks like the bottom of a parrot cage but am just after some inspirational ideas , i'm currently on coffee and banana's:puke:

You poor sod

Not that I have been lucky enough to consume a bacon butty each day but I do see your point. I don't eat a regular breakfast if I'm honest but then my body is not exactly a temple. Could you not just reduce the amount of butter you use or trim the fat off the bacon?

The only other thing, something that I'll be punishing myself with from Monday (gulp) is daily exercise and no booze Monday to Friday for the rest of the year! It will be very difficult for me but I'm 37 and I have to do something before it gets any harder to bring myself back to some kind of fitness.

At least I'll be able to eat those bacon sarnies with relative immunity to weight gain then (Or that's the plan)

Its not the food, its the exercise, increase that and it'll balance back out, and give you a healthier heart to boot.

OMG at this rate you'll be hiring Snett to bloody jog round. Cars and healthy don't really go together.

I have an actimel .. I puke if I drink coffee, so I wait till lunch for my first meal :)

If you're looking to loose weight and get healthier then it's easier in the first instance to cut down instead of trying to cut out. Only have your bacon butty every other day. Look at how much tea/cofffee you have in a day and if you normally have 2 sugars then cut back to 1, you'll soon get use to the taste and do more exercise, walk to the shop don't drive.

Those comments have had me in stitches!!!

He's worried cos i've lost alot and can get in my Race Suit!! not something Mr Fletcher has tried to do lately.....don't think they stetch in the middle do they??

Try Liposuction...expensive but works instantly as long as they suck out the right bits. :D Failing that...move your arse a bit more!! ;)
