Great car and well known on mazdarotaryclub and fduk.
Would you buy it now knowing it will be driven hard in September ?

I see no reason why the car being used 'hard' would be a deterrent. Most of our cars are subjected to hard use; it's poor levels of service and maintenance that cause the problems (I should know

)
530bhp in something that skeletal should be ballistic. Have a look on the TA forums for lap times Logan. It will give you an idea of what you could expect to achieve.

Logan, Don't pee about thinking about it. Tell the guy you'll have it subject to a satisfactory performance in Holland. Get your ar$e over to the Dutch Time Attack and see the car perform.
Think how much it would cost to get yours or any Evo to that spec. and it'll still be an Evo.
It's all been done for you. You may need to get it valetted though.
What you waiting for. Do It!!!!!

Oops nearly forgot. It's road legal so, with a set of List 1As, you'll be back in B4 with the Porches. Job Done
Edited to add: And some seats

You don't need to love RX-7s to appreciate a fine car. They're just bloody good whatever. Having the Dax and now the RX-8 has really confirmed that getting away from 4WD to RWD was the right thing to do, for me anyway.
Go on, get yourself a proper track toy.

If I was after a fun track car then this would be very tempting for the money, but, I think I'm after a car with the potential without spending the next year developing it and building that will be very competitive in whatever i decide to do.
I think they are 2 very different things. You know me Gerry, I don't like just hooning round at a trackday, I need competition to float my boat, and I wouldn't want to just make up the numbers.....
