We're entered but must admit we are not looking forward to this round due to our lack of power. The car is more suited to the twistier tracks, but we'll do our best:)

LOL a fully laden road legal CSL and a stripped bare M3 razzing around trying to get near 1:20

8 seconds off of the pace? Sounds thrilling
We wouldn't even be allowed to bump anyone either. Poofs

I bet there's not a lot of the N/A cars running under 1.20!
Is there????

Results from last years 'super battle final'
Craig Winstanley V8 RX7 1.16.5
Geoff Mileham TVR Tuscan 1.17
Paul Hughes DC5 1.19.4
Tim Chandler Gt3 RS 1.19.8
Geoff was driving the TVR on the day that I had the video footage incar (Betty was black and white then) He was quicker than me on the straights by some margin (power to weight of 350+bhp per tonne helps) but through the Esses, Coram and into Russell's there was nothing in it. No way of knowing how hard he was pushing and I sincerely doubt I can get anywhere near his lap times looking at the above but it was interesting to see the 'pace' of our two cars.
Food for thought eh ?

I think there is a 1.20 in my car easy... i just have to keep learning how to drive it better. I'm very interested to see what the CSL cup cars get round there.
I know the BMSport race E36 M3 gets 1.18 at Snet

There's 1:20 in all our cars but not in the drivers I'm sorry to say. Present company excepted of course
