I know we get some unusual stuff in sometimes, but this is a real unusual car to modify.
Bilstein rally suspension and Compomotives so a few quids worth there.
Can you tell what it is?

A Seat Marbella

I bumped into the owner at one of the companies where i get my machining work done. He also has a Cloverleaf Alfa 164 and a 2.5 E30 M3 so a real petrolhead in more ways than one as he used to work in the oil industry and is now semi retired. He uses it as his daily run around and has the rear seats/belts stripped out like my Metro to make a loading area as, like the Metro, it has no shock turrets inside the car. It is mint on the outside and underneath. He says that Seat used better quality metal than Fiat used on the Panda and i can believe it.

Due to the car being too high at the back now, he asked me to lower it. I used a Ford kit and modified it. He was well chuffed as noone else would do it.

The guy is highly intelligent, but could not work out why his brakes were so bad. I spotted a wet patch on the carpet and it turns out that the master cylinder is leaking and fluid is coming down the pedal :o They have no servo either so i think he would have been better off by putting his hand out of the window to slow down lol.

I hope to see his Alfa and M3 soon.
