Import/Export of Vehicles

as a few of you know, im currently serving in the RAF, and have been posted to Cyprus in a little over 2 months from now.

ill be living there for around 3 years, it all sounds good but...... due to the current car market, i cannot afford to sell my car in the UK, hence why i need to take it with me.

in searching the internet for info and prices etc im getting a tad confused

has anyone on here ever had to export vehicle before, if so could you please help me out with info, links, possibly contacts.... anything that you think would help me out a bit

unfortunately not i don't think, i don't think i've got any chance with a private vehicles, i don't know any 'movers' well enough

its not so much what you know, its who you know.... and my trade has got nothing to do with what i need
