Hi,

Does anyone know how to set up the picture messaging for a vodafone? :? i called their centre up today and i've now got a text message saying "your phone settings by text" showing a little envelope with a '?' in the middle of it. the person said about turning the phone off then turning the phone on again but it's done nothing :?


EDIT: right that message has gone now, but i now have one that says;

"Please save the following message using pin 1234" :?

can anyone shead any light on this please?

edit; the phone is a samsung u600 if that helps

I have a Samsung Omnia mate and I've never got it to work properly !!
Can send them ok just cant receive.
Tried downloading through the site but still doesnt work.

I had one of those, Evil Damn thing!! hated it and needless to say don't have
it any longer.

If I remember correctly you have to send a picture message to yourself and

then it works if a U600 ever works properly!!

i know they really are crap, i got a bit wound up earlier and snapped it in half :oops: so it's problem solved now

this thread can be locked or junked if you wish thanks for all the help guys!

The Samsung Omnia I have is great for watching movies or tv shows on the bus plus it plays all types of media (with coreplayer installed) and that part I genuinely love.

But the method of texting.....gawd that is shocking !!! No where near as good as an iPhone which I was actually going to buy but wanted a better camera......then I bought an slr

Windows mobile is not a good thing !!!
