Well seeing as the scoob hasnt sold ive decided to enter the scooby sprint championship as a privateer. Looking forward to it as it means I'll get some decent use from the scoob without having to shell out loads for the privilege. Any of you scooby owners considering entering?

Should give me some decent experience plus be a whole lot of fun :D

Not with all the events at Elvington. Too far for me, too many cones and if it's the same as the last Scooby Shoot Out, they'll get blown around so the course will be forever changing.

If you want to do some sprinting, come down and do a few with us.

Good luck mate, be good experience if you've never Sprinted before, but where your from you need to get to some proper Hillclimbs....rather than getting blown about on a airfield

Shame they are all at the same venue!

BTW Graham. What about the Nottingham Sports Car Club?

Some excellent choice of venues there.

It's a round of the Scooby Sprint series run on the drift circuit afaik. The opportunity of a 1/4 mile run is an aside, not the main event.

Hi All

Thanks for the commnets, feel free to ask any questions.
Stuff Elvington with it's cones, mismanagement and poorly defined rules.
Gerry H. Quite a suggestion. I'd appreciate you elaborating on the mismanagement in particular please.
