If anyone's thinking of removing the sound deadening cr@p from the car floor, now's the time to do it.

I had a go a couple of months ago and managed to get some up but most was stuck fast and the edges were too soft to get under. Now in the freezing weather, using a hammer and hefty screwdriver (I can't find my big wood chisel :roll: ) and it comes up so much more easily. After a couple of hours, I only have a patch under each seat to shift.

Cheaper than dry ice too :lol:

No sign of you with your grinder and hole saws so had to do something. Surprising how much the stuff weighs and how thin and flimsy Subaru floors really are

It really is very brittle and easy to shift in this cold weather Trev.
