How sad am I

It official I'm sad and have no life 
Was at work last night and as usual my mind strayed to the track car and the current rebuild, then for no reason a stupid kids tune popped into my head and no matter what I tried I couldn't get it out :?
The result of this is rather sad :roll:

There's a dagenham dusbin going with a bang and a fart
Being driven by a lad known only as Bart
he'll chase you down what ever you drive
for this is what makes him feel truely alive
The red mist has desended
