This is for a purpose built track car not a part time show, part time track car. If it serves no benefit to the performance of the car or the enjoyment of driving the car then it has no place on our car.
If it was good enough for race and rally cars of the 80's then it's good enough for our car, a car of the 80's.
I would much rather spend money on track time than on tarting the car up, we built the car to a simple ideal, if we bin it we're not going to cry about it just build another one.

A little less show and a bit more go...
Walking the walk is what it's about

How many grey squirrels died in the making of that dashboard ?!!!!!? :)
Just kidding mate.

It looks good, although functional it probably looks a whole load better than the plastic you have in there at the mo !!!

Flocking hell!!! :o

Oh well.....i suppose if you get overtaken by too many lesser powered cars you could always stroke it for stress relief

Actually i'm only jealous, i think my dash would look really good flocked and much better than the cheapo plastic that's in it now.

Nice one!! :thumb:
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!!

What a great statement, nicely put Pablo. :)

But you're too diplomatic. 'Feck Off' would have done :D

The problem is snobery anything for a sierra to do with motorsport is usually marked up as RS or Cossie this has the effect of doubling the price :o If you scrol through ebay you can find sierra headlights

Guys i'm disappointed

Has Alan done such a good job that no one noticed that he has also moved the 2 front air vents from the front of the dash and relocated them to the top of the dash. Oh and these will be fully functional to improve demisting when driving in the rain 8)

Like I said it's all about functionality
