I agree it does look authentic, other than it's in courier font and plain text.

The giveaway though, I don't bank with Natwest

have these all the time, get deleted all the time..........

I get these from time to time but always try to report them in the hope that some poor gullible sod doesn't contribute to the thieving bast@rds.
