Dunc......we still have a couiple of small jobs to do when we get the car back next Friday.
Change the brake pads and fluid.
Have the fueling checked
Change the rear shocks...maybe
Mike......We checked the BS standard with the regs.....but I have just checked it again and it does say motorcylce on it :evil: . Whats the difference :?:

Not suitable for 4 wheeled motorsport....
I realised this last minute last year.
technicaly not suitable for TA, although i always wondered why a helmet designed to protect your head on tramac was not good enough in a car???
They do checj the helmets and make sure they have the right certificates and then they will give it an MSA sticker.

His helmet does have the blue British Standard sticker on it and carrys the required standard in the regs.

mine was a gold certified helmet (FM too). but didn't have the required regs and certificates. yours must be a betetr one than mine!!! :-D

It has the gold certificate as well as the blue one
