..... before Time Attack Donington !!
or:
3 weekends
6 non working days (for some)
Much to do ??
Broken the back of all the compulsory work on mine just a few straggly bits such as a front tow hook and ordering some 888's. Apart from that the remainder of the list is nice to haves.

Much to do
I am about at this stage.......
Hoping to have the car in for paint by Wednesday, then let the rebuild continue. It shouldn't be that hard but you always those unexpected problems that can set you back a day, which at this stage I do not need.
I will be having some very long days from now till Donny!

You never do 5 days a week Dunk, come on
Good planning to be that organised this far in advance. George definitely isn't on his own. I know of quite a few cars that are in similar states at the moment, all of which are doing TA or EDC.
A busy few weeks for those guys. that's for sure.

I have 'sort of had' a a bad run tbh, either waiting for parts or people and then just getting the time to make a start and when I do start I seem to get interupted all the bloody time. Yesterday I managed to get about 4 hours work into a full day.
The car will be going into paint as a bare shell, ne subframe or anything.
So i have all to do.
Good luck to everyone still building may time be with you !!

change tyres
change eng oil/filter
g/box oil
diff oil
upgrade rear brakes to 2 pots+ full bleed with srf
secure fuel lines
drill and fit passenger seat
fit cage padding
general tidy
refit centre console.

well my headgasket decided to shit itself so my engines got to come out.
Having it put back in with a steel gasket and a tomei oil pump and trust sump baffle so hopefully it will make the stadnard motor last that bit longer.
False economy really but i have no choice

pissed off isnt the word...
then need tyres and a racesuit and im there.

Jesus, what a kick in the nuts. At least the oil pump and baffles will go in your favour.
How did you find out about your HG Neil?
