Dont know if its a public or private test session, but the F3 cars are at Snetterton.
Interesting to see the times they manage:

Yeah they have been putting out some good times over the last 2 days especially the carlin rece team, it was open for the public to come in and watch as far as i was aware, (alot of people were infield at russel) more interesting today with a few close shaves and a few in the field at riches. Last week was rather spectacular with the aston martin pro drive team testing their new lmp1 making unoffical times of sub 55 seconds...

did anyone go to the EuroBOSS championship last year? i think the ascari F1 car did something like 46-48 seconds
mind you it was over 1500bhp
but anyway 1.01 is really fast
