Most people on here know that I've bought a Fortune RX7 from Jurgen at (jm-imports) ....I've had a fella email me about 2 weeks back about buying the car.
Turns out that the guy is an arab fella , anyway I got the car for a great price so I've been thinking it over as you would ....
Then just earlier I got a phonecall from Jurgen, at first he said 'do you wanna make some money', then when I ask why he said a guys just phoned him up asking to buy the fortune and has offered him 23k for the car. So Jurgen said 'do you wanna sell' ? This is about the 10th time I've been asked by him now with regards to selling the car!!!
Then this fella has started to say things like, 'tell chris the engines blown up etc etc ,so i can have the car' !!!!

I've never imported a car before but this sort of bollocks is taking the piss if you ask me. I'm just hoping that Jurgen is a man of his word and doesnt stiff me as I've done a few favours for him. I'll be glad when I've got the car and its all over as I'm getting more and more f+++ off ... :fight:

why has there been such a delay for you to get the car in your possesion :?: just get it in your possesion asap

I dont understand what Jurgen will make out of selling this car for more money.

Surely as you said you have paid him the full amount you agreed on. If he sells it for 23k how much profit are you likely to make ? Is the guy living over here ? Or will it have to be shipped.

Am in two minds over this mate, part of me thinks sod it and sell it on and buy another Rex from someone else because of the trouble you have had and the other part thinks keep it. If you do keep it you'll have to get a crystal clear guarantee setup, if Jurgen is as you say trustworthy then if you have a problem with the car you can still have some form of warranty. I'd be more worried that if you said no to him he might (and I say might) not offer the same warranty.

If you say sell it on then demand the refund of the money you paid goes back in your bank account straight away and any extra be paid afterwards.

Buying a car is never this much hassle !!!!
