I'll be trying Keith Michaels too as he is top of my list after my current insurers A-Plan. :thumb:
I'll get A-Plan to quote first then match everyone else up against that. However, companies that do trackday insurance too will more than likely get my business this year!! The link i posted looked interesting because they offer permanent trackday insurance as part of the deal

That's quite a difference. It makes you wonder how some companies can offer exactly the same insurance for a car yet be that far apart in price.
I went to A-Plan on reccomendation from someone on PistonHeads, and i have to say they came through with cheaper insurance than i could get from DirectLine, my own insurers at the time.
This year i want to do some trackdays and i can't afford to pay for full damages out of my own pocket if i smack my pride and joy, and any other damage i may have caused to armco or someone elses car, so trackday insurance is important to me this year although i'd rather not have to envoke it.

TBH the trackday insurance offered by normal companies usually have massive excesses, where as when I Sprint I have used a Competition based insurer which in my case had a decent excess,

Ben, let us know what quote HIC come back to you with. You car isn't the cheapest around to insure so if they give you a really good quote with all your mods and free trackday insurance chucked in they may be worth a punt.
It will be worth asking them if they insure for the Nurburgring and how much.

They said it wasn't worth them quoting as they aren't very competative on GTR's - they said had a called Adrian Flux - I said no thanks.
