We started the day by taking Kirsty for a sighting lap in the Volvo!
She was looking forward to it!!
But very quickly that stopped!
The Volvo was doing well and on Winter tyres!!
She enjoyed the Karussell
but not the mini karussell for some reason

Looks like a V70....nice car :thumb:
So what's the score with Kirsty taking a book and a mobile with her? Ken is not that slow from memory!
Whenever I see these posts, it reminds me of the experiences both good and bad about my trips. The last one ended terribly and yet I still feel the gravity of the place pulling me back.
I look forward to the pictures and write up Chris.

Well I managed 4 laps in the afternoon and it was like having the track to yourself!! It was very quiet and only saw a few cars on the laps!
The track was dry and the weather cool which made it fantastic for the Golf, however there was a patch of damp under the trees in Hatzenbach where we got a little sideways!

Apart from that it was great! At brunchenn there was a group of photographers who I kept waving and flashing to as I went round and after I went up there and was met by a german man who said "Are you Chris Harris?". It turned out I knew him from a forum!! My Dad couldn't believe it!!
We also went up to the Castle which is well worth doing and then had a meal at the PistonKlause!
Flew home Ryanair and all in all a great trip!
Kirsty enjoying her lap!!!!
Wave to the cameras
Enjoying the waves back!
Traffic Cop - Starburst wave!
Hold on Dad
Move Beemer!!!! Actually I let him through just after Wipperman!
I always smiling....

Superb pics Chris.
having the track to yourself is lovely isnt it - so much less pressure on you and can experiment on getting lines right and carrying speed.
