Clampdown on modded cars in the Attleborough area

Post by turbomart »

Heard it on the radio today, apparently there will be an amnesty on Sunday (tomorrow) where people can take there cars to see if it complies with the law, things like big bore exhaust etc they say are not aloud and a zero tolerance will be in place after tomorrow :o ..... so Watch-out Mr staples, well in fact watch-out everyone who takes their car to the Snetterton area :o :o wait a minute- that's us !! ..... sometimes  :-D

Surely that was done when it was MOTed last month?

It is times like this that I wish my 32 was finished. That would have been so funny :D

Instead of that I'll limp through town in the Golf.

Agreed wholeheartedly about young Rob and his RPS13. The tone of our fine hamlet descended a few notches when he turned up with his CRX. It's plummeted since then with his 'seat time' excursions

Zero tolerance? That will be hilarious trying to keep the local 'hoods' in check. I wonder whether they will also target all of the eastern European cars that aren't UK registered too.
