Time Attack UK vs Japan

Post by Stuart »

Tsukuba Time Attack.

Just heard that Zen went quickest out of the UK guys with a 58.5 before killing engine number 3
RC developments did a 59.1
Sumo did a 63
Fensports did a 64

A top ten finish for Zen :notworthy: Well done guys.

Awesome for Zen! But a lot of hard work with all the issues they have had :!:

Might be an opportune time to announce our provisional guest speaker for the JISC/HCC awards night. :D

Been following this on 22B and MLR. I've found it very stressful and tiring :)

Fantastic result for Zen but what a way to get it :o

Fensport also had an engine failure early in the week and could only find a standard lump to bolt their bits to. So a great result for them too, under the circumstances.

It is Paul, I think he'll do a good job. Plenty of tales to tell this year. Just got to pin him down to the date when he gets back.

Good job it's in Feb then. He'll probably sleep through the remainder of 2007.

By all accounts the most stress the RC team had to endure was finding enough paper to make notes of all the suggestions and tips. :D

Good to see the car survived without any of the headaches encountered by Zen & Fensport.

Interestingly, the Zen car only managed 6 laps with the last one being it's quickest, suggesting the time was getting qucker. Bloody shame it went bang.
