following CoffeeGate - the replacement is now here and just loading everything up including setting up partitions for Windows and Linux on it too.

Just got to figure how to set up bootcamp for the windows install on it and then I can get shot of the clumpy old pc cluttering up my office.

how good are Macs eh?
Using the migration manager tool (built in) and my old hard drive mounted in a USB caddy I have migrated all data, applications, photos, emails everything from that to the new mac in less than 2 hours.
Nothing to set up - it is all done and all data intact.
Try that on your windoze platforms :lol:

Yeah I am planning on buying a mac laptop sometime in the future, tremendous bit of kit and looks as good as it performs !!!
